On Jan 1 /31 we had vinyl sheet flooring put in our dining room. The floor looks beautiful- I'm happy with my selection. Rick did a FANTASTIC job and clean up was PERFECT.
We had tile put in our kitchen and bath on Jan 22 The Install went GREAT! Polite , clean, good workers.
Your installer did an awesome job, we didn't even know he had been in our home as he left it as clean and tidy as when he came in
You Guys Rock!! Love my floor! I already want to know what my option will be for carpeting for next year. The installer was great, professional and courteous very skill on his job.
Purchasing the carpet was quick and easy. The installers were very friendly and helpful, when it can time to put the furniture back they stayed to help. They made sure they plcked up and vacuumed before they left. We are very happy with their service.
Misrepresented a product to my Boomer mom, who obviously had no idea about vinyl plank thickness, wear layer, etc. After she purchased from them she found something she liked better in Burlington. No only did Delairs charge a restocking fee of 35 percent on an in stock product, the repeatedly lied about their products, their policy, the situation and even about the return policies of other businesses (no, you unfrosted pop tart, Home Depot and Lowe's do not charge a more than 35 percent restocking fee for IN STOCK PRODUCTS. ... read more
Liba at Beseda was great. She helped us pick out a carpet that is perfect for our home quickly, arranged a quick install, and followed up with any questions. Great experience. Only recommendation I have is that the carpet installers put on shoe covers when walking on the new carpet.
Their communication was substandard. Make sure you read every word. Liba is a joke.
