Mark Pyles was my service technician, I really appreciated that he took his time to explain everything to me and then I called my son in law and Mark explained everything to him again. He really explained carefully what my choices were and the advantages and disadvantages to both. I would welcome Mark back to my house for all the heating and cooling problems that may arise. This unit was the original one when I bought my house.
