Treated my house for drain flies twice. Service tech was prompt, early even, He told me to wait a few weeks and if there were still drain flies, to call back and he would come back and treat a second time, but that I wouldn't be charged the full amount. (I was) It's been quite a few weeks since the second treatment, and I still have drain flies.

Hi Donna - thank you so much for your feedback. Drain flies are one of the harder things to eliminate and I'm sorry to hear that we were unsuccessful in solving the problem. I do want to address the pricing comment as I think this may have been a misunderstanding on the tech's side. Typically an initial treatment is around $50 more than you paid so the tech may have assumed that the second treatment would be cheaper. We take full responsibility for that miscommunication and have refunded $20 of your last payment.
The communication about my property history and needs for new service were handled very quickly with integrity.

When Delhi Pest Control arrived, we were informed as to what was going to be done in detail. They were very professional and aware of the fact that we have animals. They instructed us to keep them inside for a few hours until the application dried.
