We spotted some flying creatures in our second floor gutters that we thought were bees/wasps. Husband had a bad experience with bees last summer and wanted it checked out. Delhi had taken care of this previous experience with wasps so we called them. First man who came out kind of played it off, didn't feel it necessary to go up a ladder and check it out. All technicians are experienced and professional including Tom who is our technician. I have an older home and Delhi helps tremendously with keeping pests out.
Treated my house for drain flies twice. Service tech was prompt, early even, He told me to wait a few weeks and if there were still drain flies, to call back and he would come back and treat a second time, but that I wouldn't be charged the full amount. (I was) It's been quite a few weeks since the second treatment, and I still have drain flies.
The communication about my property history and needs for new service were handled very quickly with integrity.
Was very satisfied with the service, will recommend to all our clients. Thanks for the follow up visit and coming prepared with traps.
