A most delightful experience! Beginning with a visit with the service department for a problem that Honda in Pompano, where I leased a Civic in February, could not fix, Lewis fixed it and while waiting I spoke with Laurent Dorleans, explained why I was there and after our talks I traded the Civic for an Accord. Exceptional Service!!!!! My experience at Delray Honda was the best! Started out being greeted by a super friendly sales guy Feguener Gay. He showed my husband and I alot options on the Pilot available. I would recommend this dealership to all my family, friends and collegues and In the future will return to do more business with Delray Honda. Worth the drive from Wellington to receive this type of service! Super clean, and professional staff.
Very satisfird While we are not thrilled about the pricing, we recognize that it’s not the dealership that controls the pricing. The staff was friendly and they got us in and out of there very quickly. Our sales associate Dustin was really great.

A great experience! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Travis. We explained to him exactly what we were looking to buy and he pulled up exactly what we wanted. We really loved the CRV that we test drove, so he got the paperwork started. We went to Mike to complete all of the paperwork . Great communication and transparency! I negotiated pricing with Shane over email and he replied really fast to all of my inquiries. I called him to make an appointment only after we had agreed on pricing. I drove to the dealership and met him in person, he is a really cool guy, super laid back and friendly. Everything was as expected at Delray Honda, no surprises whatsoever, they were really transparent. I signed the paperwork and that was it! This has been my best car buying experience.
