Excellent Esperience in buyng a new car We went to the dealership because we were trying to decide what type new car we wanted. We came home with a Honda Pilot. Everyone that we came in contact with could not have been nicer or more helpful. Our salesman, John Kane, was outstanding. He is the nicest, friendliest, helpful, knowledgeable salesman we a have ever dealt with. I have highly recommended him to my friends.

Used car shopper I had an appointment with Will to look at some used cars. He was on time for the appointment and was very helpful with the entire process,no hard sale just went with us for a test drive and was excellent with The paperwork. Stayed with me though out all phases of the sale. Very polite and considerate. Did follow up after sale. I would highly recommend Will if you are considering the purchase of a new or used car

Great Experience for First-Time Lease I just graduated college and was moving down to Palm Beach to start my first full-time job. I was looking for a great car to start out with and Laurent at Delray Honda was great to work with. Most of our conversations were over the phone as I hadn't moved down yet, which can be difficult, but Laurent made the process smooth and easy. The day I arrived at the dealer, we signed the paperwork and that was it! I would definitely recommend Delray Honda!

less painful than anticipated Franky, the sales associate, is knowledgeable and very pleasant. He explained the car's features clearly and patiently. The dealership appears to have procedures in place to make the overall sales process painless compared to others. The only negative point to express is that, I feel I did not get a particularly fair price for my trade.

Excellent experience, as always. This is our third vehicle purchased at Delray Honda, and we are completely satisfied with both the sales and service departments. We've recommended the dealership to friends, and they also have nothing but positive things to say as well. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and both the showroom and food court are spotless.

All around pleasant experience This is the second Honda vehicle that I purchased from Delray Honda. The first time I received a better deal than offered at another Honda dealership so I just returned to purchase another Honda without going to another dealer. I felt that I would be treated fairly and get a good deal on a new vehicle. I worked with a salesman by the name of Will Phillips. Honesty and Enthusiasm when purchasing my new car! I came into the Honda dealership in Delray not anticipating to be purchasing a car but Will made a huge difference in the whole process. Since I wasn't really looking for a specific car, he was willing to show me all the cars on the lot that fell within my budget, however, he showed me a newer car that drove perfectly and we didn't have to do much soul searching at all. Excellent service by the seller!!! excellent service by the seller and other employees. dedication of the seller to help the buyer to buy the new car with good financing conditions.
