We decided to use our Costco Membership and they referred us to Delray Honda. We knew our daughter used Delray Honda when she purchased her Odessy 3 years ago and she highly recommended Delray. We emailed them and Jim Nolechek promptly responded to set up an appointment. I think we actually went in that afternoon to meet with him. Lewis is an absolute GEM. The most competent service advisor I have worked with since I started buying cars over 40 years ago. It is only because of Lewis that I bought my new Honda. He is also a very very very nice person. Honda should be honored in having Lewis as part of their team
Lewis has been my service advisor on every visit thus far. He is always friendly , smiling , and caring. He is efficient and gives me honest information without any high pressure to purchase additional services. He makes me feel like family and that I can rely on him to get my car serviced and keep it running. He is definitely a keeper!
I visit my son in Boynton Beach a few times a year and have had my 1999 CRV serviced three times at Delray Honda. Mike Harris is very knowledgeable and creates a priority list for me so I can spread out the services on my "aging" vehicle. The coupons help with the cost and I particularly like the senior discount! Having the CRV washed is an extra bonus since I take great pride in my CRV running well and looking good! I have had the pleasant experience of interacting with Michael Harris on several occassions involving Scheduled Servicing of my Honda Accord. On each and every occassion I found him to be an exceptional Service Representative. My overall experience at Delray Honda has also been pleasurable and I intend to be there once more to Lease or Purchase my next Vehicle as soon as my current Lease Aggrement has expired.
Service advisor is very knowledgeable and very helpful. He took the extra time to check all the warranties i may have. It was a pleasant service experience.
Was referred to this dealership via the Costco Auto program. Contacted by Miguel Zupo to arrange appointment. he was very straightforward and provided me with Costco pricing and dealer fees. he even allowed me to take this info home with me unlike all of the other dealers I worked with. I highly recommend them no games and even the finance person was extremely straightforward on delivery of the car.
Sal Pilato went above and beyond for us. Concerned that the van would not fit in our garage, Sal suggested we drive to my house before we were even ready to purchase the vehicle. When we were ready to purchase, there wasn't any haggling. He gave us the best price possible, and even drove my husband to CarMax to sell our other vehicle. And since owning our new car, Sal has checked in numerous times to answer questions, etc.
