I had no choice. Warned by the Kaiser placement person that I should not ask to be moved to another rehab/post-hospital facility because "they're all the same," I was glad that, at least, Delta View was IN Antioch (where I live). That made visits from my husband easier on him, at least. I had a roommate who snored loudly, watched loud TV all night, even when asleep, it seemed, and there was nothing that anyone could do. My mom spent 20 days at delta view our family was very happy with the care my mom received there her CSA Satname Kaur was the best treated my mom very well always had her cleaned
I spent about a week and I felt right at home. I will never forget the faces and the friends I made because I miss them.best way to spend the first week of May and gave my spouse a break from me.
My grandmother recently stayed here for short-term recovery, and I am beyond grateful for the incredible care she received. I'll admit, when my family and I toured the facility a year ago, we weren't sure it would be the right fit. Communications. Availability of medication and nurse response time. Facility doesn't specialize in care of bladder infection and catheter and impotence of straps, copd and GERD. Have to advocate for yourself. Have to repeat same information to each caregiver many times. Food tastes good most of the times but no fresh vegetables or salads or fruit caused me constipation and pain that added to my uti inflammation and infection discomfort. Pretty good service, courteous staff members. Could use upgrades to the facility as it looks a little worn.
My father in law has been here twice. The staff has been wonderful and Sasha is amazing and always willing to help. Would highly recommend their services.
4.8 is my rating. My husband arrived May 11th and is coming home tomorrow 6/6. He was there for physical therapy, occupational therapy rehab. The staff from the Social Worker Yanni, Director of Nursing Katherine, to all of the staff members who treated him so well and provided great care we are so grateful. Thank you for allowing my emotional roller coaster to be understood and always addressing and helping with my concerns. We are more prepared as we move into Hospice Care for Richard for all your kindness.
