Please avoid taking your loved one to this place. My mother has been in constant struggle since being a patient there. Once healthy as a horse and having a minor pelvic injury, she is now suffering from her third bout of C.diff at a sister facility. The staff was negligent and stalled to get her to emergency when she was obviously having an issue. My stepfather stayed at Delta View Post Acute from May 16th through June 19th, 2024, and it was an utterly horrible experience. The nurses were extremely loud at all hours of the day and night, showing no regard for patients trying to recover. Despite being there for over 30 days, he made no improvement. Instead, he got weaker and lost over 30 pounds during his stay. They kept him heavily medicated in bed all the time, with no physical therapy (PT) or occupational therapy (OT) provided as promised. 0 stars! This place is awful and they will let your family members die here! My grandmother was in awful shape. With shit under her nails and everything ! She suffered a heart attack and no one even notice! Her sugar was high and d they were supposed to be checking it! Because of this place my grandmother is now in icu ! A lot could have been prevented if the staff here did their job! Even when the ambulance came to pick up my grandmother, the nurses there had no clue on information on her chart! Don't send your loved one here worst place ever and so depressing I was never told that my husband had a bed sore or that he fell out of bed my husband told me that he fell and the CNAs would refuse to get my husband out of bed and if you have a complaint about something the bosses would sweep it under the rug of defend the CNAs

If I could give negative stars I would. My grandfather was there for over a month. In that time they failed to remove him from medicine needed to perform surgery which delayed his care. They left him alone long enough to get bed sores. The facility was filthy. The social services person is the most unprofessional rude woman I have ever come across. I came for physical therapy after receiving rare disease diagnosis at hospital. so i was told...daughter , doctor...this place said 'physical therapy' but 2 Full days and no P.T. suspicious organization...nursing and associate aids, etc. ignore a patient needs. they took away a 20 year medication of anti-depressants....I am a mess. stuttering, involuntary body movements. My father was there about 10 months ago and writing now because it still bothers me months later and need others to know about this place. The food was terrible, it smelled, equipment all over the place even room was a storage for ??? not him, was placed in room with 2 other people and one being a crack attic that kept him up all night . THIS IS NOT THE BAD PART!!!!.
