Denise was absolutely amazing, thorough in communication, helped walk through documents, and answered my questions. There was a few change in other staff members who assisted with other things which made it a little challenging when I shared information about the KB design studio credit and the realtor credit. KBHS digital is not the most intuitive, when alerts are in the portal, it would be nice to have documents linked in the alert for easier access.
