From the very beginning, the communication was awesome. If there were things that we did not understand, or even just keep us informed as everything moved along, Denise was very informative and always kept us up to date on things, and explained things so that we could understand. The service we received is by far the best I have seen in a really long time and it was greatly appreciated.

Denise was a pleasure to work with. By the time the process with our home was completed we felt like close friends. The line of communication with her was always open. She was patient when explaining parts of the closing process and answered all of our questions. She is a large part of the reason why we loved working with KBHS.
