Denise kept in contact with us throughout the process. The original close date was 11/12/2020 based on construction's ECD. From the beginning we were requesting a CDD of 10/31 or before. it turned out that construction's date was faulty it was tied to when the appliance supplier could deliver a back ordered refrigerator. Once we cancelled the refrigerator, Denise lead the efforts to close 10/29. if we could give Denise a 20 on a 10 point scale we would. Denise is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!

Denise is wonderful! She walked me through every step, was always available to answer questions and was extremely patient with me when I didn't quite understand something. Out of the entire home building process Denise was the one person that didn't frustrate me at some point. She is a pleasure to work with!
