Denise is extremely personable, is prompt with her communication, and gives updates frequently. She made the whole process easy and far less intimidating.
Denise kept in close contact with us throughout the home-buying process. She always returned calls quickly when we had questions, and she often made the effort to communicate via telephone instead of email when the issue was important. She was friendly and professional.
