Very responsive and timely when information was requested. Kept her eye on details. It’s great to work someone like Denise when we ourselves are working and things may get missed (example, a duplicate charge)

Denise was patient with me as a first time home buyer and answered all my questions. Even when I sent correspondence reluctantly outside of business hours, she responded so promptly. She was kind and calming over the phone but even better in person. She has the type of spirit and energy that you want to keep around although the process of closing is over. The process of closing in itself is grueling but Denise made it tolerable and helped me get through it. Keep employees like her around.
