Denise was consistent in staying in contact, and being available, even after hours with any questions we had. However, when we came to close, there was a huge miscommunication in our closing price. After making absolutely certain on what we were going to owe, and confirming all payments recieved, we were expecting to get a credit back, but wound up paying an additional $2000 in closing costs. If we did not have these funds, we wouldn't have been able to close and would've lost our new home.
