Very helpful and seemed very supportive and wanting for us to feel good about our decisions.
Denise was extremely supportive and gave us a tremendous amount of guidance during our loan process. She was very helpful and always kept us in the loop of the loan progress. We had an awesome experience working with Denise!
Denise was very patient and worked diligently through all the challenges that we had. She was extremely understanding and communicated very effectively during our process.
Denise was consistent in staying in contact, and being available, even after hours with any questions we had. However, when we came to close, there was a huge miscommunication in our closing price. After making absolutely certain on what we were going to owe, and confirming all payments recieved, we were expecting to get a credit back, but wound up paying an additional $2000 in closing costs. If we did not have these funds, we wouldn't have been able to close and would've lost our new home.
