Denise was extremely professional & courteous throughout the entire loan process. She communicated with me often & provided great detail as we moved through each phase. If I had a concern, her response via email or text was swift & complete. Denise ensured the process went smoothly & contacted others involved when needed to keep me abreast if something was not in her lane. Once the loan process started, she was my single point of contact and worked diligently to keep it moving towards closing.
