We had a great experience for the first several months. there were changes made to our mortgage that should have been realized sooner, and not addressed appropriately. Our lender and construction were not communicating on multiple occasions and we gave our lender a firm closing date three weeks prior, and the lender still didn’t have things ready. Our closing was delayed a week because of this error. We were also given several incidents, where we were told that we would close as expected

I am not trying say that Denise service was bad. She was continually in contact with us, always very friendly, seemed to drop everything to help us no matter the hour. We just had two big miscommunications. The first one was regarding some money my parents had given me for the lot premium and a covered patio.
