Denise was always in touch with me week days or weekends. She is always available to take my questions in any means possible in a timely fashion. Willing to accommodate my best time to reach me, late or not. She never gives you misleading information. What she's not sure of, she always make sure to find out and give me the right information. The loan process wouldn't have gone so smoothly without her professionalism and outstanding/exceptional customer service. Would definitely recommend her.

Denise is amazing and attentive! Anytime we had a question she answered us promptly. Denise kept track of us throughout the process! She made this process successful. She even stepped in as a Bridge in regards to Brittany Jones Jacob when we were having difficulties in communicating. Denise is AMAZING!
