Denise has great and timely communication. She has always directed us in the best mortgage for us, not just for her. Even our realtors were impressed by her and her Credit Union, DFCU. Ive completed several mortgages with Denise, and they have all been outstanding. Wouldn't think of using anyone else.

I’m not saying it was bad, but taking a month and a half to approve a mortgage on a house that I have 85 percent equity is interesting. I used to work at Comerica and I’m very conservative, and I found it strange. The closing went ok. Since closing, I’ve received in the neighborhood of two dozen calls, emails and letters in an attempt to sell me insurance on my loan, disguised as “Important Business requiring a response”. At what point DFCU gets a clue that selling insurance IS NOT critical, I’m not sure. This nonsense has a... read more
