Dennis is extremely knowledgable about all aspect of home ownership. He advised me on how to remove a discrepancy on my credit report that was causing issues with my prior refinancing attempts. I tried refinancing 2 times prior and was never told about the issue, He is a God sent. After I followed his advise the issue was resolved and my credit went up 40+ points. Dennis is Professional, knowledgeable and caring. I can’t say enough about Dennis. All I know is he’s my go to guy.
