Communication was the best thing I can say we had. Dennis was always available either by email, text, or by phone. Going through the refinance process can be very confusing and especially during a pandemic so it was very comforting knowing Dennis was always a text message away. And as a side note, he really knows the industry inside and out which was clearly conveyed during the process.

Dennis was awesome! He stayed with us through everything and helped me push forward, at times I though I’d never own a home he reassured me that with his help we’d get the job done and he stayed on top of me. Dennis (and everyone at Equity Prime) was extremely helpful and returned calls and emails almost immediately. I never felt like I was in the dark about anything and if I had questions they were answered in minutes. As a first time homebuyer I didn’t know what to expect, but if I did, I still would have been pleasantly surprised by how streamlined and easy the loan process was.
