I loved my shopping experience with Fred at Dennis Dillon Nissan. He really did his best to get me EXACTLY what I wanted, even though I was "looking for a unicorn"😉. I searched for a vehicle for two weeks and visited what seemed like every dealership in Boise. I came here several times and even test drove a car. Each time we showed up, the staff were all super friendly. Sarah and Fred were both helpful and never 'pushy'. When we finally decided to purchase, the process was extremely easy. Fred was really helpful, and was able to find us a vehicle in our price range. He answered all our questions, even a few days after the sale was complete! This is our first Nissan purchase, and we are very happy with the service we received.
Ive bought 3 brand new cars from Sarah and i brought one in to get the windshield replaced. Without telling me they pulled the dent out of my door for free!
