I purchased a used 2021 Nissan Rogue here and the process was so easy and effortless. Rogelio took care of my husband and I and has even followed up in checking on our after purchase satisfaction. We came in with a pre-approval through our bank of choice, and the finance team blew them out of the water with finding us a better rate. I appreciate the time and effort the whole team took to make sure we walked away with the best possible bang for our buck. I would definitely do business with this location again.
I had a horrible experience purchasing a used 2014 BMW 320i. The dealership had definitely cleared the check engine light, only for me to discover later that the car had sensor and pulley issues. It cost me $1,200 to fix the problems and finally make the car drivable. It is absolutely ridiculous that they would sell used vehicles with such issues. This was a nice change of pace experience for me, usually when shopping for a car it's an all-day experience, but the staff here were very professional and zeroed in on what exactly I was looking for and made sure that I absolutely did love the car, I felt I was very well taken care of! They told me they had a different way of doing business and it showed, they have earned a customer for life and I can't recommend them enough! Excellent service, fixed my tired and were so kind!
