Carmart purchased my vehicle after using the kbb link to sell my truck. I recently relocated and the truck was in the shop being repaired for damages from a deer. Since I didn't want to fly back and drive the distance to the East coast again I decided to sell the vehicle remotely. Initially we went back and forth over the price. If I could give this place a 0 * I would. My family will never be back. We're going get a car, then we get to the final paperwork process everything goes fine. A day later my husband goes in to sign some more papers and they tell us that they open up a bank account in our names, and they ran our credit 4 X. Which was never informed to us.
