The sales girl we had was great she worked hard to find the car we wanted. The price was fair and the deal went well. but now 45 days later I can not drive my car because they never sent off the title work. called today and after a couple of hours they called back and said they would get it out today. No sorry no apologies just we found it and will send it off today. mean while I have a car I am paying for that I can not drive and they don't really care horrible customer service after the sale.
I found a vehicle online that I loved so I went in to trade my car in on this truck.. They talked to me, had me test drive the truck and I wanted to buy it. So we went inside to start all the paper work.. this took quit a bit of time in itself. They came back with a Loan amount and Payment amount that I had agreed on, they had me sign the paper and told me they would get all the paper work going. Nothing but snakes jerks! Love screwing people over!!! Never go there!
Terrible car dealer. I will not come back and I will not refer anyone to them, we even went back to give them a second chance to make it right and they didn't care to, they brushed us off. I hope they feel awful for screwing me over while my husband was overseas.
