Appreciation post for Matt Shelhamer This guy knew right off the bat exactly what I wanted and I was VERY picky. Like annoying picky. (Poor guy) he was super quick and I didn’t have to sit and wait my whole entire day! Everyone was super friendly also! And I even got a great trade in deal for my car! Last but not least he put up with me and didn’t seem annoyed once! Thank you so much Matt! Definitely go and check him out!

After Progressive screwed us over after the hail storm, we were out of options! They totaled my 2015 Trax that I still owed $12,000 on and they only paid that off minus $700! And I just switched my registration to MT from TN and now I still have to pay about $365 to get my totaled vehicle registered here!! And they estimated $15,000 damage on our truck! I want to give a Huge shout out to the entire staff! The shuttle drivers were all GREAT! The Body Shop manager was in on his day off to make sure I could pick up my vehicle. The body shop personal kept me in the loop on the repairs. I picked up my vehcle after hail damage repair and a "little oopsie" and it was returned to me looking like a brand NEW rig. AMAZING service! Thank You John McDonnell and Jay Rhodes and everyone else that helped me!!

My experience with Denny Menholt sales department started off rocky to say the least, but after speaking with management and working with a different salesman (Tony).. I left extremely happy and more than satisfied. I will highly recommend Jason (management) and Tony to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I suggest that anyone with an undesirable experience ask to speak to one of these individuals before leaving frustrated and unsatisfied.
