Have had my car that I purchased from Denny Menholt Ford in Butte worked on multiple times and they still haven’t fixed it. It takes weeks to get it in and weeks to get fixed, only to pick it up and it’s still not fixed. Horrible customer service. I will never buy another vehicle from here!

Drove 6 hours to purchase a vehicle, did paperwork info online so it would save me time there. Had to do paperwork again while I was there, took 2 hours, vehicle had bumper damage, that they supposedly didn't see till that morning when washed and was not detailed well. Bumper was split with one side winging out, pretty hard to miss. Then manager told me he wouldn't run my credit till we were closer on numbers only to find out next day he ran my credit. Buy a 60000 dollar truck and get in it to leave and have 20 miles tell empty 👎

Don't Shop Butte! Bought a truck from this horrible store with warranty and they don't have the brains to fix a mirror? Took them a month to get the part and wait all day to report that its the wrong mirror? Horrible sales and customer service. Avoid this place at all possible!

Worst service I ever had took my truck to get oil leak fixed thru my extended warranty there so called head Mechanic it wasn’t that bad you can drive it but I got oil all over my driveway and it’s only two years old and it blow a lumbar bag on passenger seat so when they were checking it they broke the zipper but it wasn’t broken with I took it in wanted to charge 700 dollars to fix my seat said my warranty didn’t cover it

We have had to take our vehicle back 3 times so far because it wasn't fixed the first time. They have had it for over a month. The customer service is the worst we have ever dealt with. I would not recommend them to anyone.

was told we had to PURCHASE the car before being allowed to test drive simply because we were young and they thought we couldnt afford it. have excellent credit, and great jobs. what a joke. if you are young please shop somewhere else

If you want to take your vehicle somewhere where they won’t work on it properly, take it in to the shop where it sits for weeks on end while they do nothing, drive your vehicle around town and put a few hundred miles on your truck, then Denny menholt ford is the place to go. Some of the most shoddy workmanship is done here and instead of owning up to it they will blame the customer and say it is their fault the truck isn’t working. If you plan on spending $70k+ on a vehicle please for the love of god do not go here.
