Service department could use a lift. My normal person that i deal with, not sure why i have to have him every time, is just not that pleasant. Just an arrogant prick! There is a really nice lady that works the desks now, whom is very helpful. I used this service department this spring and they managed to break the positive post on my right side battery, don't fix it, just close the hood. Awesome. just went into the parts and service department. Both guys acted like i was invisible, i asked where do i stand or is there a number and the one guy said i guess i could help you. i asked how much a transmission and coolant flush would be on my Pontiac and he said he didnt know. I asked if he could look it up and he said he wasnt sure cause it wasnt a regular car. What the hell is a regular car? you guys could use alot of work on customer service.

I would never recommend this dealership to my worst enemy!! Their vehicles are ALL junk and and they all lie and beat around the bush so they don’t have to deal with you when there’s a problem. I plan on filing every complaint possible and I am not kidding. I will make sure everyone’s aware of how this dealership rips you off.

you don't wash or vacuum like Leskovar does when getting a service. for the same price.
I purchased my 2008 Dodge Charger SRT 8 from these guys 5 years ago. I love my car and feel like I got a great deal. I also purchased the Permaseal from them which has been great at keeping my black car looking new. I went in for my yearly permaseal and to save myself time, I asked them to change the oil. As I said, I have had my car for 5 years and change the oil every 3,000-5,000 miles as I use full synthetic every time. My wife and I just got out from the car we purchased over 1.5 years ago. Was the absolute worst experience we have had. Despite that experience we learned a lot as young couple about how to find a good vehicle and how to work with a dealership. But I would never purchased from here again and wouldn't encourage others to either.
I'm confused why you have a Quick Lane but I had to go to normal service to ask for an oil change only to be told I couldn't get one that day as I didn't have an appointment. It was only 8:30 in the morning. Isn't the point of the Quick Lane to do oil changes in a reasonable timeframe?
Was gonna give me 8,500 for a 2009 Chevy pick up on a trade in. Went to butte gm and got 16,500 for it for a new vehicle. Also disrespectful
