Tim Flud was kind and very patient. Never felt pressured. He even texted to see if I would like to keep overnight which gave me ability to see how I liked it both day and night. The actual sale/trade process was quick and fair. They even washed it while paperwork was being done.

For the past 9 months I had been looking for a particular used car with certain miles etc. Tim was great at keeping us up on vehicle inventory and not pressuring us in the least bit. When we found the one we wanted to buy he was unavailable, but set us up with Paul and they did a wonderful job getting us into the car we wanted. We had one of the BEST business experiences with Denny Menholt Nissan in December. My husband is in the military and at the time was located in another state so my mom and I were trying to find a place that would take my two cars and trade them for one Toyota 4-runner. I recently looked at the lot on a Sunday. Found a vehicle I was interested in so I called the dealership on Monday and was put in touch with a salesman named Tim Thorne. You guys, Tim was amazing!!!!
