Not happy with this place at all. bought a car here for my daughter (who is off to college). Was told if I didn't buy it it would not last it was that great of a car! So the dummy that I am I got it. I have been putting money into this vehicle ever since! I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS PLACE AGAIN. THEY ARE CROOKS!!! They sell lemons!!!
Worthless place...my mother had an appointment at 10 am and its now 12:40 pm and they moved 4 people ahead of her...maybe they need some people with skills and some sense..either way they need to find a better way to manage time and find communication...waste of time...-100 on service overall...
I bought a vehicle from this dealer and 3 days later the engine blew up I was in a and they did a terrible job fixing it the wrong wheel was put on they did not replace the shocks even though they were paid for itl was told they were (forgotten about) and forgot to replace the clamp that holds y leaf Springs payed alot of money for a good pickup and good service and received nothing but terrible service I will never buy another vehicle from them again and will advise the same to friends and family
We will never take another car there to be fixed again.
This is the first year that I'm NOT satisfied with my ride. Bought a Nissan and I haven't put 3000 miles on it yet and had to put about 300+labor. And now something else going on with it. Smh the first poc I've ever gotten from them. My PT runs better.
This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Horrible customer service and communication.
