We broke down while on vacation and on the 4th of July. We had our car towed the following Monday and needed to get on the road back home by Tuesday due to a close family member moving into hospice. Greg in the service center had no great customer service at all. He was rude from the first phone call but it was the only place we could get it in yet that day.
