I was at Rushmore and radiator sprung a leak. I call Menholt Toyota and talked with Eric in service. Eric started looking for radiator, just in case it needed to be replace. I had car towed in and dropped car off after hours and left key in drop box. Eric called me back promptly after diagnosing the problem with my car. Eric gave me a fair price and I had him order radiator, but wouldn't be able to get it for a couple of days. We rented a car and drove back to MN. Great experience! We worked with Nate. He was so amazing to work with. Didn’t feel pressured with him at any point. His laid-back, easy-going demeanor made him very easy to work with. We plan on going back for our next vehicle purchase. We were updated on our vehicle order as necessary. It did take a while to get the vehicle in, but that’s not any fault of this dealership.
