we were traveling cross country and lost our air conditioning. Eric got us into the service area right away, checked and recharged our air conditioner and told us that the compressor motor would need to be replaced, but he would not be able to get the part and get it installed until late afternoon the next day. Due to our time requirements, we were not able to wait for the part, but he did give us an estimate for what that repair would cost when we got it done.
