Elijah Pedersen worked with me on getting the CRV that I wanted and he was great. He was polite, never pushy, and put up with me changing my mind about things several times. We had an awesome experience purchasing our new 2022 Honda HR-V from DMU Honda! Showed up at almost 3 pm on a Friday. We don’t live here so not our regular Honda place which also means we’re not “their” customer. Spectacular customer service!! We needed new brakes before we could continue to travel. I expected them to say “tough luck, see you Monday” but instead they had us in there & out in an hour. AND they were nice!!!! Super great staff!!!
Overall an amazing experience with them, we got exactly what we wanted!! Unlike some places they were willing to work with us to get us out in a new reliable vehicle!! Highly recommend for anyone who has had troubles with dealerships in the past!!
Chad Marriage is hands down THE BEST guy out there to help you with you vehicle needs. He has helped my family in so many ways, and he makes your buying experience an awesome one. Our very first experience with Chad was extremely comfortable and laid back. He’s honest and cares about his customers. I have referred many friends to him and would refer many more. And, he’s got the most contagious awesome laugh I’ve ever heard. GO SEE CHAD!!
After contacting several dealerships in Montana and Arizona, I found Denny Menholt in Missoula. Fernando was great - the otherwise stressful and time consuming process of buying a new car became simple and easy! He found what I wanted, gave me correct numbers, and answered all of my questions (which for some reason was a struggle with other dealerships?) and I had my new car within two days. I couldn't reccomend Fernando enough! He knew more about individual vehicle features than anyone I'd spoken to previously.
My mom recently purchased a CRV from Chad and it was such a great experience that my wife and I came back a week later and bought a Honda Passport from him. Thank you for making it such an easy process!!
