We just bought a used Subaru Accent. It had brand new tires, but two were low pressure. At the point of sale, they filled to the proper pressure. Working with Gail at Honda was the worst experience I have ever had regarding vehicle repair work. They were totally dishonest and misleading. Gail told us we needed to buy a brand new ACC module for my 2011 Acura, so we did($800+) then they told us they would have the part in 10 days and they didn’t get it for 3 weeks! So my car sat in their lot for that entire time, then when they tried to start it, they said I needed a new battery and they could put one in. Bought an SUV from these guys less than two months ago for 8k. I have a wife and 5 kids and it was perfect for our family. It seemed like an amazing car, and they were clear that it was in amazing condition. The transmission is fully blown. 5k to fix. The service manager was beyond rude, no remorse for screwing us over. RecommendedOn a road trip and needed minor service. Dropped by and was treated really well. Charged only for the screw not the labor. How a place treats customers whom they will never see again says a lot about character. If I lived in Missoula, Denny Menholt would be my first choice for service.
