My experience was very good as I was very afraid to go to a dentist. I was made comfortable and reassured by staff & Dr.Gross that everything will be ok. They also allowed me to have my stepdaughter with me, for moral support! The staff is very friendly and professional and Dr Gross was very informative, professional , knowledgeable and very concerned about how I was feeling and doing! I would recommend this doctor and office to everyone I know!
The service that was provided to me was excellence. They treated me like family. Everyone was so professional they did an outstanding job Maria, Cheslyn, Brandy and Lisset was amazing. Not great. My first visit, while working on me, the dentist and her techs spoke in Spanish making me feel like I was in a Vietemese Nail Salon where they speak only in their language. You do not know if they are talking about you or not. It made me feel very uncomfortable, the very reason I refuse to go to foreign nail salons. A day or so before I was to come in to have my permanent crown put on, I received a call that my impression had been lost and I needed to come in to have another impression made.
