Not great. My first visit, while working on me, the dentist and her techs spoke in Spanish making me feel like I was in a Vietemese Nail Salon where they speak only in their language. You do not know if they are talking about you or not. It made me feel very uncomfortable, the very reason I refuse to go to foreign nail salons. A day or so before I was to come in to have my permanent crown put on, I received a call that my impression had been lost and I needed to come in to have another impression made. This is Billie McCann. The hygienist did an exceptional job cleaning my teeth. She was very professional and thorough.
It was my first visit to your office. It was a great experience! Everyone was so friendly and professional. I’m not a fan of dentist appointments but felt very comfortable and would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist!
Dr. Gross is wonderful. He's patient, professional and very understanding. I greatly appreciate his chairside manner and his patience with my dental fears and phobias. I'm so glad I found his practice! Everyone I have encountered at the office is nice, and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this practice to anyone!
