they are crooks and thieves..they stole my money that I deposited..I didn't have a thing done to my mouth ,,boom stole 1,650.00 dollars from me ..the only thing missing was a gun ....they robbed me and ghosted me I've called every single day for months not 1 call back ..still owe me money
Horrible experience. I had my wisdom teeth removed here. I had to pay upfront before I could make my appointment, which is fine. I had paid for 4 to be removed... later when I got home I noticed that they only took out THREE. So now I’ve been given the run around and “we will have our manager call you back for a refund”. Also I had my surgery at 9 am.. it took the doctor SIX HOURS to call in my prescription. I was in so much pain I couldn’t even talk. Dr Kelly has always been nice but after the experience I had yesterday I wouldn’t recommend to anyone! I had oral surgery and implants. I was strapped down for trying to show him where it hurt and not staying still, I was yelled at for having to use the restroom in the middle of procedure and told to hold it because he was working in my mouth I almost wet myself and he was upset cuz I couldn’t hold it any longer. i drove all the way there only to find out this doctor isn't in my insurance network ! something that should've been checked when i made the appointment
