by not overbooking and keep to the appointment time as close as possible .Having to wait over a hour is to much.

-1 star STAY AWAY! I was his patient for around 2 years. Gives dentistry a bad name. He botched multiple crowns and filling on my entire family. On a particular filling he numbed the WRONG tooth and started drilling on a completely diffrent one (right and wrong teeth were on the opposite sides of my mouth). I started crying and he told me to stop being a baby and an attention seeker. He also never acknowledged me (a 14 year old) but would converse with my mom, like a child was benethe him. Don't waste your money iyou may end up need it redone. I am very unhappy with the work Dr Kelly did from 2009 till 2013. My husband spent over $45.000 in 2009 for a full smile reconstruction that included several implants andcapping the rest of my teeth. This first issue was when they open placed the new porclin crowns. They did not order two eye teeth on the lowwer teeth costing another $3000 to correct. I had a fitting taken for implants two months ago. Their lab still hasn't delivered my permanent implants and it's hard to get anyone on the phone who knows when they'll be coming in. Sometimes I get put on hold forever or I just get disconnected.
