Everyone is professional and eases my fear of dentists.
I called to set up my second appointment for my 2-implant experience, after having the posts put in several months ago. I was told during the call that I would be measured for the 2 crowns, and if all was well, they would be put in. The cost she gave me for the second visit was correct, but I learned later that it was only to measure so they could order the crowns. Being a customer for over 40 years was treated as if I was a new customer. It was not my Hygienist but administrative staff
Frustration at treatment of patients with visual Impairment. Two visits with the same dentist at this office. Second visit is the issue. Made appointment to review options for bridge replacement. He advised the best option was to extract the teeth that connected the old bridge. Extraction went find. However, days following, the tooth next to extracted front was push outward. Check calendars so the wait isn’t so long. I was unable to see dentist.
Had a hygienist i had bot used. She first said I hadn’t been seen i. 2 yrs when i saw Summer in March for a cleaning and xrays. She then said if you did you weren’t billed for it. I could go on but won’t its just too frustrating. I almost got up and left.
