I was tense when arriving for my appointment ,but as soon as Dawson greeted me, set me up and answered my questions , I was much more calm. The personnel who first greet a patient is paramount to making a more comfortable atmosphere. Dr.Barasz was very good ,gentle,and engaged with me.
