my first contact was through the receptionist who patiently waited for me to call my insurance to locate my member ID. It took me at least 20 minutes to finally bring that information despite of the unprofessional way the insurance agents handles the calls. Had a very good experience! First time there and the service was great. Did not have to wait long, many X-rays were taken and cleaning was very thorough.
