Extremely efficient operation they have going at this dental office. Upon reaching out as a new patient via phone call, I was booked for an appointment only 2 days later. I got both new X-rays and a great, highly detailed cleaning all finished within 90 minutes of showing up. The staff was delightfully pleasant and extremely professional. Dr. Valery is always great. But she was especially great during my last visit. I didn't have an appointment but she saw me on the spot and took care of a problem I had. The staff is always very professional and attentive.

my first contact was through the receptionist who patiently waited for me to call my insurance to locate my member ID. It took me at least 20 minutes to finally bring that information despite of the unprofessional way the insurance agents handles the calls. After that I waited a very short moment to see the dentist Ferreira and get a complete estimate on what I needed to accomplish.
