The waiting time was on time. The technician was very polite and courteous. The front desk personal was polite and courteous. The visit was awesome.
Nice and professional. However, one concern. The Doctor accidentally cut my outer lip with the tool she was using inside my mouth. She hit it against my outer lip. I felt it when it happened. She then asked her assistant to give me some vaseline for my lips. Didn't realize it was cut until I was speaking at an event at work and someone asked me about it afterwards. I hope it heals before Monday. I'm flying to Dallas to conduct three big events with 80+ people. I don't want this cut to show.

Today i got my tooth extracted for the first time before i came into the office I was nervous....Dr.Stern and his assistant made me feel real comfortable and at ease they were very attentive ,respectful and courteous all my worries were gone..BEST EXPERIENCE EVER
