Excellent Responsiveness, Highly Competent, Sympathetic and Pleasant Over the past month I have had two dental emergencies. Dr Kaplansky and his staff were wonderfully responsive, competent and dealt with my emergencies in a sympathetic and pleasant way. The first dental emergency was with my son who had two impacted molars. He was in excruciating pain and he could not find a dental surgeon in his area that could help him within a two week period. Quality service Great service, friendly and caring, they go out of their way to make you comfortable. Some times when I come in I am not in a chatty mood, and just want the appointment completed. Today was one of those days. There was, to me, too many distractions. Music playing, a TV on with captions scrolling in your face and one can't hardly notice the out side of the window. Dental Review I am one of the "bad" dental patients & as always the entire staff were kind & compassionate to my aniexty. Dr Smith & her assistant were great & most patient with me. We love the entire staff at Denistry by Kaplansky & highly recommend!
Fast service I love my new dentist Dr Kaplansky. I was in and out in a half hour. Just got a tooth pulled. He had the tooth out in five minutes. He's also very reasuring and accommodating. And with me being pregnant he makes sure everything is safe for me.
