Wirld Class Dental Service Everyone here is absolutely great! My whole family comes here and we love the friendly atmosphere. The whole office staff ( hygienists,dentists, as well as receptionists) are very gentle, super nice, very approachable,very knowledgeable and always take time to listen and answer questions ! They make you feel comfortable and I will recommend them any chance I get !if you are looking for a world class dental experience ; don't look any further! Dr. Kaplansky's office is the best, by far !!!
Professional staff No problem with anything
Very professional and friendly I spent 2.5 hrs. in the chair and at no time was I uncomfortable. Great place and great people. One thing that I have noticed is that everybody seems to enjoy working there and that feeling is carried down to the patients.
Crown Procedure I absolutely love this dental practice and all of their staff members. The efficiency of the practice is amazing. If your appointment is at 8:45 a.m you are in the chair at 8:45 a.m. I have been utilizing Dr. Kaplansky's office for years and would not consider going anywhere else. Every visit is a great experience! The staff are always friendly!
Concern for patients I called two days ago saying I had a problem--they wanted to take me in that day, but due to my schedule, I set up an appointment for today. From the minute I walked into the office, I felt nothing but friendliness and welcoming. The staff is professional, helpful, and kind. This was an emergency appointment and no one acted like I had put them out. Dr. Kaplansky listened to my concerns, and did an examination. Very professional, quick visit, awesome friendly staff!
I have said it before and I am going to say it again...you just don't mind going to the dentist when you come to this office! The entire staff is amazing and the last couple of times I have been there for my cleanings I have had Thuy do my cleanings and she is just awesome! She is so gentle and so sweet and is genuinely concerned about what is going on in your mouth and remembers things that you told her 6 months ago!
