As a kid, my dental experiences were unreal! I had drilling and extractions without novacain; thus my great fear and discomfort of all dentist visits all my life! My first visit with you was the most calm experience ever! Everyone was kind and friendly as soon as I walked in. My hygienist was so gentle and pleasant asking me if I'm doing ok during her work on me. The doctor put me at ease at our first meeting as he explained my options and procedures. Wisdom teeth! Dr Kaplansky is efficient, precise, kind, and thorough. My 17 year old had 2 wisdom teeth removed. Our appointment was at 3. We were home by 3:45. He was chatting with no swelling or discomfort by 7:30. We are so pleased with every aspect of our experience. Having been a patient of dr Kaplansky's through braces and other complex extractions, we were very at ease and confident that he would do his usual excellent work with the wisdom teeth. We are so grateful for his expertise.

Pleasant, friendly first impression, I called to ask about becoming a new patient and Dawn, the receptionist, was so pleasant and accommodating that I was immediately impressed. She even gave me an appointment for later the same day!! My hygienist was very nice,explained everything thoroughly and patiently.
