I had my teeth cleaned and a new crown put on, and I was out in less than an hour!! I am not a big dental fan..... But I love this office!! Love the on line appointment capability!! You guys ROCK!!!
It wasn't fun to have 3 teeth pulled in one day but Dr. and staff were excellent and it was not a traumatic event. I'm a chicken when it comes to dentists but am very satisfied with service provided. Thank you
I remember as a child dreading going to the dentist to have my teeth cleaned. That is definitely not the experience I have anymore! No matter what any member of my family goes into Dr. Kaplansky's office for they enjoy the experience. I have three boys(6,8 & 10) who ask when their next cleaning are going to be,they actually enjoy their trips to the dentist! I enjoy talking to the girl that cleans my teeth. She is very friendly and always keeps me inform about what she is going to do. I even got to see pictures this time of my teeth.
Excellent "bed side" manners!! All of the staff is very thorough, kind and will actually have a "caring" conversation with you. I feel more than just a number! I made a mistake going to aspen dental first, i am now a lifer with Dr. Kaplansky and his staff.
