Yesterday I visited Sugar Hill Dentistry for a cleaning. Not only was I greeted promptly and warmly by the staff, but while I waited to be called, I watched the care and concern which was exhibited toward a patient who was in pain and needed to have an appointment for a root canal as soon as possible. Renee, who manages the desk, made special effort to confirm the patient's insurance coverage and arranged for the doc who does the root canals to come into the office specifically to see this patient.
