Hygienist Karla was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Brandon Sterling is full of smiles, positive attitude and has already made a solid plan for a little problem I have.
I love everyone at Sugar Hill Dentistry. They are professional, knowledgeable , and friendly. The facility is always clean and comfortable. I think they to top of the line services for their customers. I did not give it a perfect score because I've had some issues with scheduling and that can be frustrating. Also, I wish that we were only reminded one way about our appt. (texts, postcards, emails, and phone calls are a bit much). I need to figure out how to opt out of most of those services. Great staff, very friendly
I was new to the area and wanted to insure I made the right choice for my dental needs. The entire staff, hygienists and doctors were amazing! I have spent over 30 years of my life in the customer service industry it takes more than just average to impress me. In a crowded field of terrible service and mediocrity this team shines! Very professional and engaging with patients from the first call through the entire visit. I would highly recommend Sugar Hill Dentistry!

Dana was fabulous. It was my first visit in several years and she calmed me down and talked me through what she was doing. I have several small cavities that need filling but I feel sure that they will take care of me as if I was part of their family.
